2021: Key changes to Keyst1's shareholding structure
2021 was a crucial year for Keyst1 and its shareholding structure, paving the way for future investments and further strategic development.
On 28 Oct 2021, investment company Margi became Keyst1's sole shareholder. Thanks to the acquisition of Keyst1, Margi's investment potential was provided with an operational arm.
In June of the same year, Keyst1 share capital had also been increased from 10,000 to 250,000 Euros. The transaction was implemented in order to prepare the ground for new investments and the company's expansion.
