Enzo Caetani

Enzo Caetani is a President and CEO at Keyst1 Italy srl. He is an expert in Project and portfolio Risk Analysis, Commercial strategy and Company Organisation restructuring bringing more than 40 years’ experience in Major Engineering & Contractor Companies.

Before joining Keyst1 Italy srl in 2011, Mr Caetani served as Chairman of ECI (European Construction Institute - Italian section) and Deputy Chairman at Gicotecnica. Prior to that, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director at Tecnimont SpA, leading the process of listing the company in Milan Stock Exchange.

Before Tecnimont, Mr Caetani held multiple executive management roles at Snamprogetti SpA: Operation Director, Chemical, Petrochemical & Fertilizers BU Director, Power & Environment BU Director and Oil & Gas Commercial Director. He was also Chairman and CEO at E&M Services and Managing Director at SnamprogettiSud SpA. 

Mr Caetani is also a Member of the Board of various companies (Snamprogetti Ltd, Fertinitro SA, Sofregaz, Tecnimont Arabia Ltd, SGI, Tecnimont ICB) and teaches Contract Management & Administration at Luiss Business School.
